About this event
The "10th Nishiyama Shin-Soba Festival" held in Nishiyama-cho, Kashiwazaki City, is an event where local master soba makers show off their skills, offering buckwheat noodles made with aromatic and smooth freshly harvested buckwheat flour from Hokkaido. A limited quantity of 300 servings of fresh soba will be served at 700 yen per serving. Food trucks and various booths will also be present at the venue, adding to the lively atmosphere. It will be held at Nishiyama Furusato Koen Saiyukan from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Early arrival is recommended as the event will end once the soba runs out. The organizer is the Nishiyama Shin-Soba Festival Executive Committee.
