Guests can savor a seasonal multi-course dinner utilizing in-season ingredients alongside wine nurtured by Tainai's terroir. It is an excellent opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the distinctive flavors of Tainai Plateau Wine through wine and food pairings. The event plans to serve 4 varieties: Zweigelt, which won a gold medal at the Japan Wine Competition, Assemblage Blanc, Assemblage Rouge, and Vin Pétillant Rosé. You can enjoy Tainai Plateau Wine, characterized by rich fruity flavors born from organic viticulture, accompanied by expert commentary. Shuttle buses will run between Nakajo Station and the hotel, providing convenient access. Accommodation packages are also available, allowing you to fully experience Tainai City in conjunction with the event.
