About this event
"Uozu Citizen Cultural Festival 2026" features stage performances and artwork exhibitions by arts and culture groups as well as students active in Uozu City. It is an event where visitors can experience Uozu's rich culture. The opening ceremony will be held on Saturday, October 24, from 10:00 AM in the 1st floor lobby with free admission. Exhibitions will take place in the Exhibition Hall, Mirage Gallery, and Yamanami Lobby on Saturday, October 24 from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sunday, October 25 from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, also with free admission. Stage performances will take place on Sunday, October 25 from 12:00 PM in the Main Hall with free admission (numbered tickets required). In addition, tea ceremony gatherings and hands-on workshops will be held, allowing visitors to enjoy tea ceremony (chado) and flower arranging (ikebana). The tea ceremony is 500 yen per seating (free for high school students and younger), and the hands-on workshops are 500 yen for both tea ceremony and flower arranging (free for high school students and younger). A raffle is also scheduled following the conclusion of the stage performances.
