Concert for Ages 0 and Up

Held in Tonami City, Toyama Prefecture, 'Concert for Ages 0 and Up' is a classical concert accessible to young children. Five local musicians will perform a wide variety of musical genres, including classic masterpieces, nursery rhymes, and anime theme songs. The performance duration is compact at about 1 hour, making it enjoyable even for children who find it difficult to sit still. A nursing room is provided, and audience members can enter and exit freely even during the performance, ensuring a worry-free environment. The five performers are tenor Yohei Kondo, violinist Shihoko Shima, pianist and eurhythmics instructor Tomoko Daido, mezzo-soprano Chizuru Yamamoto, and percussionist Rie Hiranaga. All seats are unreserved, costing 1,500 yen for general admission and 500 yen for junior high school students and younger. Children sitting on laps are free. Tickets go on sale starting July 4 at Demachi Children's Kabuki Hikiyama Hall, Tonami City Cultural Hall, and other locations.
