About this event

The annual summer event 'Let's Go to the Sea!! Beach Seine Netting 2026' will be held on the beach around Roadside Station Takamatsu in Kahoku City, Ishikawa Prefecture. In this event, participants can experience the blessings of the sea firsthand through beach seine netting. After the activity, participants can enjoy breakfast featuring rice balls made with locally grown rice and dried fish grilled by local fishers. In addition, you can take home the caught fish. As optional activities, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) and sand sculpture making experiences are also available, offering plenty of activities perfect for creating summer memories. Why not spend a special day fully enjoying the sea of Kahoku with your family and friends?
