About this event
This event is held as part of "Rediscover Fukui! Town Walks with Storytellers," organized by the Fukui Prefecture Tourist Volunteer Guide Liaison Council, comprised of 16 volunteer guide organizations across Fukui Prefecture. Katsuyama City presents the "Katsuyama Castle Ruins Walking Tour." On this course, participants will visit the Katsuyama Castle Ruins, Nanari Wall, the old castle town, Sagicho Yagura Kaikan, Oshozu spring, and other sites while learning local history with a storyteller guide. After the walk, you can enjoy a social gathering featuring a special cheesecake set from IRIFUNE. Priced at an affordable 500 yen including guide fees and snack, it is a great opportunity to deeply experience the charm of Katsuyama. Capacity is limited to 15 people on a first-come, first-served basis, so early registration is recommended.
