SAUNA TEN Autumn Special Event

A special September-only event will be held at "SAUNA TEN," an outdoor sauna located on the grounds of the Gateaux Kingdom Koumi Hotel in Koumi Town, Nagano Prefecture. In the self-whisking experience to enjoy the aroma of birch, one bundle of birch whisk per person will be presented as a gift exclusively during Silver Week. In this opportunity to casually experience Finnish sauna culture, guests can relax by gently tapping the whisk on their bodies while feeling the birch fragrance or spreading the scent inside the sauna room. Additionally, a special night sauna will be held on the eve of the full moon. Guests can spend a special moment healing mind and body with the moonlight and sauna heat on a quiet night embraced by the forest. Visitors can enjoy a special nighttime sauna experience, including the white smoke sauna, a cold water bath using subsoil water from the Northern Yatsugatake Mountains, and open-air bathing in the birch forest. The event runs from Saturday, September 19 to Saturday, September 26, with the self-whisking held from Saturday, September 19 to Wednesday (public holiday), September 23, and the night sauna held on Saturday, September 26.
