This is an 'Ultimate Spring Water and Heat Outdoor Sauna' event held at Yachiho Kogen in Sakuho Town, Nagano Prefecture, which is known for having Japan's largest Japanese white birch grove. It provides a unique and special opportunity to experience authentic Finnish 'Vihta Sauna.' Vihta is a bundle of young birch twigs whose rich fragrance enhances relaxation, and gently tapping the skin with it also promotes blood circulation. After warming up in the sauna, you can cool down your body in the clear mountain stream flowing at the foot of the Yatsugatake Mountains. In the open-air rest area, you can fully enjoy the ultimate forest bathing. A mystical sauna experience that sharpens your five senses awaits you in Mother Nature woven together by the scent of trees, the sound of waterfalls, and pleasant heat. This is a special experience limited to 20 people per session.
