2026 OSJ KOUMI100

About this event

Held around Matsubara Lake to Inakoyu in Koumi Town, Nagano Prefecture, '2026 OSJ KOUMI100' is a trail running race that courses through the beautiful nature of eastern Yatsugatake. Held as a 100-mile race completing 5 laps of an approximately 33 km course, it features a new 'self-aid' style where runners can freely use aid supplies they have prepared themselves on each lap. Participants must be healthy men and women aged 18 and older who are confident in finishing within the time limit without getting lost on any part of the race course. Cooperation with regional revitalization is also encouraged on a voluntary basis. In addition to individual participation, relay teams of 2 to 5 members are also permitted. Commemorative event items can be purchased separately, with details to be announced at a later date.
