The Autumn Foliage Festival and Commerce, Industry and Tourism Festival will be held around Yachiho Lake in Yachiho Highland. Many events are scheduled for the day, including a log cutting contest, woodworking workshops, sales of local specialty products, and a food and drink corner run by the youth and women's divisions of the chamber of commerce and industry. In addition, as part of the event, a guided walk organized by the Sakuho Town Tourism Association will also be held. Participants can enjoy walking while taking in the autumn nature of the plateau, such as the autumn colors beginning on white birch trees, Japanese rowan, and grass foliage. The capacity is 10 participants, and participation is free.
