About this event
This event allows visitors to taste and compare sake from three sake breweries in Hida City (Otsubo Sake Brewery in Kamioka-cho, Kaba Sake Brewery in Furukawa-cho, and Watanabe Sake Brewery) while savoring delicious food from Hida. Alongside the autumn foliage of Hida Furukawa, visitors can enjoy fine sake and tasty food. At the event, limited-edition original blend sake from the three breweries will be sold, and tickets allowing tastings of secret reserve sake from the three breweries will also be available. In addition, sales of special sweets made by the three breweries such as sake pudding and sake manju, as well as a snack market featuring Hida beef croquettes and salt-grilled char (iwana), will be held. Furthermore, as a recovery support project, a "Wajima Morning Market Pop-up" will be held, selling dried fish, seafood skewers, and more. The event is packed with music and cultural programs, including brewery concerts, town live performances, and viewing the float rotation at the Hida Furukawa Festival Hall. Those who purchase a tasting ticket or limited-edition sake can also receive a discount at the shop in the Hida Furukawa Festival Hall.
