About this event

With gratitude for the abundant harvest of Biei, the "Autumn Harvest Festival" will be held. A large number of limited-edition menus featuring plenty of seasonal ingredients delivered by farmers in Biei Town and special projects exclusive to this season are prepared. In particular, at Oktoberfest held for 3 days only on October 10 (Sat), 11 (Sun), and 12 (Mon/Holiday), limited takeout food matching craft beer and German beer will be provided. In addition, fresh vegetables delivered by producers in Biei Town will be sold at the market. At the bonfire corner, you can spend a relaxing time gathered around the warm fire and enjoy toasted marshmallows and s'mores. Furthermore, an original herbal tea making workshop using herbs grown by Mr. Inoho of Biei Herb Nono will also be held, allowing you to craft your own special cup. During the harvest festival period (October 10 to 31), western confectionery such as sweet potato paste souffle cheese sandwiches, apple tarts, and organic Kuririn pumpkin chiffon cakes, as well as breads such as apple brioche and new potato butter bread, will appear. At the restaurant, a bread and soup buffet with a choice of main dish will be offered, featuring dishes such as smoked Taisetsu salmon Nicoise-style salad and pumpkin risotto topped with Biei pork salsiccia.
