Yatomi City 20th Anniversary Commemorative Ceremony

Yatomi City will celebrate the 20th anniversary of its municipal incorporation on April 1, 2026 (Reiwa 8). To mark this momentous milestone, commemorative projects will be carried out to honor the achievements of predecessors, foster citizens' pride and affection for the city, pass down its nature, history, and culture to the next generation, and connect aspirations to the future. Among these, a ceremony celebrating the 20th anniversary of municipal incorporation will be held as a commemorative ceremony project. This ceremony will be an important opportunity to look back on Yatomi City's journey so far and share visions for the future. The 20th-anniversary municipal incorporation projects will run from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027, and in addition to the commemorative ceremony, special projects newly implemented during the period as well as sponsored projects organized by the city and citizens will also take place.
