Held along the Shinden Hase Highway in Nabari City, Mie Prefecture by turning the road into a pedestrian precinct, the "4th Shinden Bamboo Light Path" is an event for all generations featuring glowing bamboo lights illuminating the neighborhood alongside vendor stalls and performance booths in vacant lots. Taking advantage of the scenic highway, the magical illumination creates an opportunity for local residents and visitors to connect. Because the area is designated as a pedestrian-only zone, wheelchair users and persons with disabilities can enjoy the event safely and comfortably. Aiming for regional revitalization and cultural promotion, the organizers uphold the vision of keeping their hometown vibrant even when residents reach 100 years of age.
