Held in Yasu City, Shiga Prefecture, 'Raku-en Cycle Festa 2026' is an event where you can fully enjoy cycling for a whole day. This edition features three events: a Gravel (Off-road) Criterium, a Bicycle Riding (Removing Training Wheels) Class, and Nature Touring. The Gravel Criterium takes place on the off-road course at Shiga Kibogaoka Cultural Park, open to anyone with an off-road capable bicycle such as a mountain bike. The bicycle riding class at Omi Fuji Karyoku Park Sato-no-Ie teaches children how to ride bicycles safely. In the Nature Touring, participants cycle through the forests of Shiga Prefectural Omi Fuji Karyoku Park and Shiga Kibogaoka Cultural Park. Recommended for those who want to spend an active day with family and friends, enjoying both parks by bicycle throughout the day.
