NeoTAN Tango Open Factory 2026

About this event

NeoTAN Tango Open Factory 2026, a 3-day event touring manufacturing sites in the Tango region, will be held. It is an event where visitors can visit factories and workshops that are usually difficult to see, observing and experiencing artisans' craftsmanship and production sites up close. This year, 44 unique businesses from Kyotango City, Yosano Town, and Miyazu City will participate. Visitors can tour various sites, from industries handed down in Tango such as textiles and machinery/metals to agriculture/food, sake brewing, service industries, and new manufacturing ventures. Along with tours, hands-on experience programs and workshops unique to each business will be conducted, and talk events and networking programs are also scheduled. You can visit production sites that are usually inaccessible and connect with the craftsmanship and passion of the creators.
