The 'Autumn Brewery Opening,' hosted by Amano Sake, a local sake from Oku-Kawachi, Osaka, is a free-admission event. On the day, numerous food stall menus will be offered allowing visitors to savor the tastes of autumn, including Naniwa black beef tendon curry, turban shell grilled in its shell, fried chicken prepared with amazake, simmered konjac, chopped Senshu eggplant, special sausages, french fries, sake buns with chestnuts, and soy milk amazake. Visitors can savor delicious gourmet food while enjoying the special atmosphere unique to a brewery opening.
