About this event
A handmade market selling 'Kadoma-mon,' specialty products such as vegetables grown in Kadoma and handmade crafts. Centered at Kadoma Civic Plaza, it is held to provide a place for new encounters and interactions, as well as to create a bustling town. For the fiscal year 2026 schedule, it is planned to be held on Sunday, September 13, concurrently with the 'Lifelong Learning Festival' and 'TB Festival.' Previously, it was also held concurrently with the 'Mother's Day Lobby Concert' on Sunday, May 10. At the venue, items on sale will include handmade wallets, pouches, small accessories, bags, amigurumi, knitwear, bento boxes, light meals, sweets, clasp-purse (gamaguchi) goods, accessories, traditional pestle-pounded mochi, anko mochi, sekihan (red bean rice), tacos, hand-drip coffee, sundries made with clay flowers, chirashizushi, fabric bags, and organic vegetables. Admission is free. Furthermore, by selling 'Kadoma-mon'—such as vegetables and food grown in Kadoma's soil, and handicraft works crafted with heart by citizens—it aims to be a gathering place where citizens can interact, enjoy themselves, and relax.
