About this event
Held in TOTTEI PARK in conjunction with 'KOBE RISING -2026-', this is a seaside summer festival event. Starting with a special area for shaved ice essential for summer, festival atmosphere stalls, and free throw experiences where you can win luxury merchandise, plenty of content is prepared for both children and adults to enjoy all day long. 10 specialty shaved ice and ice cream shops will open, alongside food stalls serving yakitori bowls and kebab sandwiches, as well as nostalgic festival booths like target shooting and super ball scooping. Sinking a free throw allows you to enter a lottery for limited goods, and on August 22, a fireboat exhibition and fire extinguisher experience will also be conducted by the Kobe City Fire Department. Together with the basketball pre-season game held simultaneously, you can enjoy a cool summer evening. Admission is free, but food, drinks, and some content require payment.
