The "Hibari Festival 2026" held in Takarazuka City, Hyogo Prefecture, will take place on Sunday, October 18, 2026, set in the gymnasium of Nagaodai Elementary School. This year's theme is "Immersed in Play, Connecting the Community: Let's Move Our Bodies Together!" A wide variety of activities, games, crafts, and more are prepared for adults and children to enjoy together. On the day, in addition to events in the activity area such as paper airplane flying, aerobics exercises, rock-paper-scissors train, balloon relay, "Daruma-san ga Koronda" (Red Light, Green Light), and tamaire (ball toss game), quoits (ring toss) can also be enjoyed all day long. At the booths, emergency preparedness food, a cafe, origami mobiles, target shooting, candy fishing, squishy making, paper crafts, and cotton candy will be offered. There will also be an introductory exhibition on Kita-Hibari Kizuki no Mori. As there is no parking at the venue, using public transportation or nearby coin parking is recommended. Street shoes are strictly prohibited in the gymnasium, so please bring comfortable clothing and indoor shoes such as gym shoes. This festival aims to deepen exchanges among local residents and expand the community circle through exercising together.
