With the catchphrases 'Summer fireworks are in Kinokawa City!' and 'Let's launch fireworks into the midsummer night sky carrying citizens' dreams and hopes again this year!', this is an all-citizen participatory summer festival conceived and organized by local residents to be handed down to the next generation. The Kinokawa Citizens Festival Yume Fireworks is a fireworks display held at the Kinokawa Citizens Park Multipurpose Square in Kinokawa City, Wakayama Prefecture. Visitors can enjoy one of the prefecture's largest fireworks launches along with a wide array of stalls and booths run by local businesses and organizations. The fireworks that paint the summer night sky are launched carrying the dreams and hopes of the citizens.
