At Arida Kyoho Village, boasting the largest scale in Kansai, an opening ceremony will be held to commemorate the arrival of the grape-picking season. On the day, powerful Japanese drum (wadaiko) performances and a lovely balloon release by local nursery school children will take place. Furthermore, the highly popular mochi-throwing with prizes to liven up the venue is also scheduled, making it an event for adults and children alike.
