Kids Business Park in Yonago 2026

About this event

"Kids Business Park in Yonago 2026", a vocational experience event for children who will shoulder the future of Yonago, will be held. This event aims to let elementary school students (3rd through 6th grade) discover the charm of local companies and the joy of working in Yonago. On the day, about 30 companies from the city will set up booths, and participating children will experience four job experience programs designed by the businesses. After the experience, children can enjoy consumer activities (experiences and shopping) using "Kids Money", which can only be used inside the venue. It will be a special day for children to experience the entire societal flow of "working, earning, and spending". Because it is money earned through their own efforts, they can naturally learn decision-making skills, critical thinking such as "What should I spend this on?" or "Do I really want this?", and the importance of money. A kids' space operated by students from IPU (International Pacific University) and local high school students will also be provided.
