[Misato Michikusa Biyori] Yana Trap Fishing and Sweetfish Catching Experience

A "Misato Michikusa Biyori" special event in Misato Town, Shimane Prefecture, where visitors can experience traditional "yana" fish trap fishing and sweetfish (ayu) hand-catching. Also held in summer, it offers a simulated experience of yana fishing—the only place in Shimane Prefecture where this can be experienced—allowing participants to taste freshly caught sweetfish as salt-grilled fish or ayu rice.
