With the theme of "Fun experiences, creating health and happiness through sports - Move, eat, laugh, and connect -", this is an event where everyone from children to seniors can easily participate. On the 1st day, with the theme of "Health", booths and health consultation corners for all generations to enjoy will be held. On the 2nd day, with the theme of "Sports Experience", programs where participants can actually experience various sports are prepared. In addition to sports content such as Challenge Sports (sports experience in a stamp rally format), parent-child gymnastics, universal sports experience, Fukuyama Top Sports interactive event, 3x3 experience and game watching, team and corporate sports day competition, SASSEN (next-generation chanbara sword fighting) experience, and skateboard session/experience, health-related content is also extensive, including bone density measurement, health consultation, nutrition consultation corner, physical fitness test, and exercise introduction. Furthermore, visitors can enjoy a child-rearing support talk show, tethered hot-air balloon experience, traditional games festival, Mono Fes (crafting experience), 3-generation exchange BBQ, sports-themed art exhibition, stage events (PR by various organizations, dance, comedy live shows, etc.), food and drinks, and inflatable bounce houses.
