"The 3rd Camp Summit in Susuma," held on Monday, September 21, 2026 (public holiday) at Fureai no Mori in Susuma, Shunan City, is a super disaster-prevention outdoor autumn festival that parents and children can enjoy together. As a single-day day-camp, various activities are prepared, such as exhibitions of disaster-prevention trainers and fire pits, pizza making, BBQ, nagashi somen noodle catching, and bamboo copter crafting experiences. In addition, a karaoke contest and a performance by the Takamori Chindon Band are scheduled from 2:00 PM, making it a lively event throughout the day. Although it is a day camp, staying overnight is also possible. The participation fee is 3,000 yen, and infants are free. Organized by the regional revitalization group "Wellkano," applications are accepted via Instagram DM or by contacting the office (090-9505-2905).
