Held in Mukawa-cho, Yufutsu-gun, Hokkaido, the 'Mukawa Jizo Festival' is a historic festival with a history of over 180 years. Dedicated to the Jizo statue affectionately known as 'Imoppe-san,' approximately 1,000 fireworks carrying people's various wishes will illuminate the night sky. Spectators can enjoy impressive fireworks including starmines, vividly lighting up the night sky of Mukawa-cho. Stalls and street vendors will also be set up at the venue, making it a bustling day for the entire town. Popular song shows and folk song shows are also scheduled to take place.
