About this event

'2026 Utazu Autumn Grand Harvest Festival' will be held on Saturday, October 31 and Sunday, November 1, 2026 (Reiwa 8). At this event, local specialty products, agricultural and livestock products, marine products, commercial and industrial products, and more will be sold. As a rule, stalls similar to flea markets (used clothing, toys, gift items, etc.) are not permitted. The stall fee is 12,000 yen for 2 days (1 plot). Basic equipment provided includes a tent (width 3.6m x depth 2.7m), 2 tables, 2 chairs, and 1 shop name signboard. Stallholders must take responsibility for bringing in and taking out items, as well as taking home trash during the stall opening. Details regarding the stall overview can be checked in the PDF file. Apply by submitting documents such as the stall permission application form, pledge, and floor plan for public health center application (in the case of selling food and drink). The application deadline is Friday, August 21, 2026 (Reiwa 8), but applications will close as soon as capacity is reached. Stall allocation is left entirely to the organizer.
