About this event
This is a hands-on event where you can experience the entire process of cultivating Asemigawa Soba, a native buckwheat variety of Motoyama Town, from sowing seeds to harvesting, threshing, and making soba noodles. In the Asemigawa area surrounded by great nature, you can enjoy learning how soba is made together with local residents and Tosa food culture tradition bearers. After being active, you can taste the freshly made Asemigawa Soba noodles that you made yourself, creating the best unforgettable memory. One-time participation is also possible. Please bring clothes suitable for farm work, a hat, and a towel, and come enjoy the abundant nature of Asemigawa.
