Held every year in Okawa Village, the 'Okawa Village Carnival (Okawa Village Shanikusai)' is a food culture promotion event where visitors can savor the rare 'phantom beef' Okawa Black Cattle (only about 50 head produced annually) and Kochi Prefecture's brand chicken 'Tosa Hachikin Jidori'.
