Broadcasting music culture from Japan's northernmost city, Wakkanai, "TEPPEN MUSIC FES 2026" will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at the Wakkanai Port North Breakwater Dome Park Outdoor Stage. In a special location surrounded by the sea and sky, it offers the ultimate music experience resonating across the northernmost land. Wakkanai-born artist Masuji Ebina (SE-NO) serves as the core of the festival, delivering messages to a wide range of generations alongside guest artists and local bands. Kitchen cars from the Dohoku (Northern Hokkaido) region will also gather at the venue, allowing attendees to fully enjoy the culinary delights of Wakkanai and Northern Hokkaido. Furthermore, local high school students will participate in event operations as associate staff, deepening ties with the community. Starting with doors open at 9:30 and show at 10:00, enjoy a special day where music, food, and the local community come together.
