About this event

This food event is held in Yusuhara Town, located right in the middle between Kochi Prefecture and Ehime Prefecture. At this festival, exquisite gourmet foods and specialties carefully selected from Kochi and Ehime prefectures gather in one place. At the venue, you can enjoy traditional mackerel sushi and inaka-zushi (countryside sushi), healthy nuggets packed with pheasant flavor and tofu, gluten-free rice flour waffles, rice pudding made with local cherry blossoms and specially grown rice from farmers, cookie cream puffs, and more. Also served are frankfurters made with wild boar and deer caught in Yusuhara Town, beef stew made with Yusuhara beef raised on the Shikoku Karst, giant additive-free sausages made entirely with Kochi-grown ingredients, and Tosa Akaushi and Tosa Kuroushi beef skewers.
