The 'Grape Festival' held in the Tanushimaru area of Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture, is an event where visitors can enjoy grape picking at lower prices than usual. During the period, Kyoho grapes will be sold at a discount of 100 yen per kilogram off the regular price. In addition, those who purchase grapes for 2,000 yen or more will receive the right to participate in a lucky draw with no losing tickets. Grape tastings are also available at each vineyard. Held across 20 vineyards belonging to the Tanushimaru Tourism Grape Association, this festival is a great opportunity to fully savor the appeal of local specialty grapes.
