Celebrating its 9th edition this year, Mino de FES 2026 is a community-based music festival held in Tanushimaru-machi, Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture, overlooking the Mino Mountain Range. Under the theme of 'Food, Sound, and Play,' it offers a day to fully experience the charms of Tanushimaru at the foot of the Mino Mountains. The concept is 'Ryo-on Mino' (Good Sound Mino). In addition to live performances by musical artists, more than 50 booths centered on local eateries will open, offering gourmet food and workshops. At night, venue illumination and projection mapping will be carried out, with fireworks launched at the climax. It is an event that can be enjoyed relaxing on the lawn all day from noon until night. Admission is free. Venue decorations, illuminations, and projection mapping are scheduled, and the way the greening center changes its atmosphere once darkness falls after daytime is one of the key attractions. A kids' area for children and booths offering festival-style games are also prepared. The basic event hours are from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with gates opening at 10:30 AM and closing at 9:00 PM. Visitors do not need to spend all 9 hours and can enjoy just the daytime. From the evening onward, live performances by 10 artist groups will be held, providing opportunities to encounter various genres of music. If staying to enjoy the nighttime program, deciding return travel times in advance is recommended. Parking for general vehicles is provided outside the venue, and the use of public transportation is advised.
