The Tachiarai Town Dream Festival is the town's largest annual event held every November, featuring content that everyone from babies to the elderly can enjoy under the themes of "Culture," "Industry," and "Health." By participating in this festival, you can deeply get to know the charms of Tachiarai Town in a single day. In terms of food, you can savor local delicacies as well as dishes crafted by town residents, with the curry made by the Women's Association being a Sunday-exclusive specialty. On the cultural side, highlights include photo and painting exhibitions, resident cultural presentations, and dance performances. Programs such as a toddler crawling/walking race by "Ciao" are also prepared so families with small children can enjoy the event with peace of mind. Furthermore, various stage events both indoors and outdoors, such as Kyushu Danji dance performances and lectures by famous authors, will take place, keeping visitors entertained even if they are not familiar with the town. The venue is the Tachiarai Town Hall Parking Lot (819 Oaza Tomida). On the outdoor stage, music, dance, wadaiko drumming, traditional arts, and performances will be presented to excite the audience.
