In 2026, to celebrate the 60th anniversary of both the Kirin Brewery Fukuoka Plant and Koji Nakajima, well-known from the radio program MORNING JAM, a special public broadcast recording event will be held at the Kirin Brewery Fukuoka Plant. On the day, visitors can enjoy the public recording under the blue sky while savoring special revived udon noodles and delicious beer. During the event, factory tour sessions that let visitors experience the dedication behind Kirin Ichiban Shibori draft beer will also be held, allowing guests to smell malt and hops and compare the tastes of first-press and second-press wort. In addition, original menu items that pair well with beer, such as "Fried Burdock Stick Malt Salt Special" and Koji Nakajima's top-recommended remake dish "Italian Breeze Buongiorno 2026," will be sold at the venue. Furthermore, popular Kirin Brewery Fukuoka Plant souvenirs like "Kaki no Tane Cheese Flavor & Snack Peanuts & Almonds" and "Ichiban Shibori PRETZ | Mustard & Sausage Flavor" will be sold at booths, along with special regional products from Asakura City. The event will take place on Sunday, November 8 in front of Kirin Beer Farm at Kirin Brewery Fukuoka Plant, opening at 11:00 and closing at 15:00. The public recording begins at 12:30 and runs until 14:20 with a dining break in between. The brewery tour is conducted twice by lottery, limited to 33 participants per session. Drunk driving and drinking under the age of 20 are prohibited by law, and soft drinks will be provided for applicable attendees.
