Moriyama Brewery will hold its "Autumn Brewery Opening" again this year. There will be tastings and sales focusing mainly on "Hiyaoroshi," an autumn-matured sake whose mellow umami has deepened over the summer. On the day of the event, food stalls serving dishes that pair well with sake and autumn flavors are also scheduled to open.
