Aimed at conveying the wonders of music and the joy of expression to visitors, this event is a free-admission open stage. The Noire Brass Quintet is a brass quintet formed in 2025 by members of the "Noire Ensemble Winds," a wind orchestra active in Kasuga City. Composed of trumpets, horn, trombone, and tuba, they will perform approachable music. The performance on the day is also scheduled to be streamed live on the official Instagram account of the Kasuga City Fureai Cultural Center. Planned musical selections include the "My Neighbor Totoro Medley" composed by Joe Hisaishi, "Natsuiro" by Yuzu, "WHITE BREATH" by T.M.Revolution, "Can You Feel the Love Tonight" composed by Elton John (from The Lion King), and "Paradise Has No Border" by Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra, though the program is subject to change.
