About this event
In the nature-rich Kasuga Park located in Kasuga City, Fukuoka Prefecture, participants will observe acorns and other tree nuts and grass seeds together with experts. By directly touching and learning about plants living in familiar nature, this observation session provides an opportunity to deepen understanding of the natural environment in our living area and consider what can be done to protect biodiversity. Guided signboard explanations on "Living Creatures of Kasuga Park" will also be provided during the session. The event is open to elementary school students and older, and elementary school students must be accompanied by a guardian. Participating in comfortable clothing and easy-to-walk shoes is recommended. The recruitment capacity is 20 participants, and applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Participation is free.
