The 65th Tosu Citizens' Cultural Festival 'Tosu Fes' will be held over two days on Saturday, October 31 and Sunday, November 1, 2026. The venues are the Civic Cultural Hall and the Civic Gymnasium. The opening ceremony will be held in the Main Hall of the Civic Cultural Hall on Saturday, October 31 from 10:00 AM, followed by diverse stage performances including music, recited poetry (gin'ei), dance, ballet, Japanese traditional dance, and Noh chanting (yokyoku), continuing until 10:00 AM on Sunday, November 1. In addition, impressive works including paintings, flower arrangement (ikebana), calligraphy, ink wash painting, floral design, bonsai, works by elementary, junior high, and high school students, and children's coloring pages will be exhibited at the Civic Gymnasium from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM on Saturday, October 31, and from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM on Sunday, November 1. Some events require a participation fee.
