About this event
Held in Imari City, Saga Prefecture, 'Charming Dream City Imari Walk 2026' is a health-promoting event where participants can work up a refreshing sweat and refresh their mind and body by walking through nature-rich Imari. Anyone can easily participate. Three types of courses are available: the 'Imari Bay & Hachigame Course' is about 20 km; the 'Secret Kiln Village & Nabeshima Course' is about 12 km, passing through the 'Path around Imari, Village of Secret Kilns,' which was selected as one of the 500 Beautiful Walking Roads of Japan; and the 'Old Imari Course' is about 6 km, touring the city center filled with Old Imari culture such as ceramic pots. The start and finish point is the Kunimidai Ball Game Field. The participation fee is 1,500 yen (500 yen for elementary school students and younger), and the capacity is 850 people. The application deadline is Friday, October 30, 2026 (Reiwa 8), but registration will close once capacity is reached. Same-day registration is not accepted.
