
About this event
This summer festival aims to show gratitude to the Nagayo River, the source of Nagayo Town's abundant water resources, and to foster a heartwarming hometown through enjoyable community participation. On the day of the event, a Shinto ritual and volunteer cleanup of the Nagayo River will be held in the morning, and the festival will begin in the evening at a different venue. On stage, a variety of events will take place, including band performances, dances, music shows, and Bon Odori dancing. Fireworks lighting up the night sky and Omura Bay will mark the festival's finale. The program schedule is: pre-event from 16:00 to 18:35, opening ceremony from 18:50 to 19:00, main events from 19:05 to 19:50, Bon Odori dancing from 19:55 to 20:15, and fireworks from 20:20 to 20:50. Stalls can be enjoyed from 16:00 to 21:00.
