Set at Nishikawauchi Fishing Port in Reihoku Town, Amakusa, 'REIHOKU FISHING WEEK' will be held, where you can experience everything from fishing to cleaning fish all at once. While receiving lectures from local fishers and anglers, you can try sabiki fishing and savor the taste of the fish you caught or the sea bream you prepared. Since all equipment such as fishing rods is provided, beginners and families with children can participate with peace of mind. It is an ideal outing event for parents and children to touch upon the unique gastronomic charms of Amakusa while learning about the sea and fish. In the shore fishing experience, aim for seasonal horse mackerel and other fish, and in the fish cleaning experience, challenge yourself to fillet sea bream into three pieces. Even if the fishing experience is canceled due to rain or other weather conditions, the fish cleaning experience alone will still be held.
