12th Hinode-machi Shopping Street Sunrise Festival

About this event

The annual autumn grand appreciation event, the '12th Hinode-machi Shopping Street Sunrise Festival,' will be held on Sunday, October 11, 2026. Marking the milestone 12th edition, this year will feature the shopping street's first 'Pro Wrestling FTO' special match (free admission), allowing spectators to enjoy intense bouts up close. Additionally, the signature karaage (fried chicken) competitive eating contest allows participants to savor Nakatsu's famous karaage, with lavish prizes awarded to top finishers (advance registration required). Furthermore, with the 1,000 yen 'Bar Limited Menu,' you can enjoy special value sets of food and drinks from participating member stores. The entire shopping street will be filled with excitement throughout the day, featuring diverse stage performances from the opening to the evening finale, including Japanese wadaiko drumming, popular theater, dance performances, and live music. A stamp rally with luxurious prizes will also be held: receive one stamp for every purchase of 1,000 yen or more per transaction at participating shops, and collecting three stamps allows you to enter a gacha capsule lottery. Packed with activities for everyone to enjoy, it is an event where you can spend a wonderful day.
