7th Sauna Expo 2026

About this event

"The 7th Sauna Expo 2026," a festival by sauna lovers for sauna lovers held in the "Sauna Town of Bungo-ono," will take place at Lodge Kiyokawa for two days from October 17 to 18, 2026. Active sauna masters, aufgussers, and whisking masters from all over will gather in the great outdoors, with around 20 sauna tents, cabin saunas, trailer saunas, and more scheduled to appear. At Lodge Kiyokawa, where Northern European Finnish tradition meets Japanese culture, you can use the Okudake River as a natural cold plunge bath and enjoy a special sauna experience that transcends perceived temperatures. In addition to saunas, the event features numerous food and beverage booths as well as music events. An eve festival will also be held, where you can enjoy special food, drinks, and live performances. Several ticket types are available, including VIP tickets, First-Sauna tickets, and 2-day passes.
