Nakago District Summer Evening Festival

Held in Miyakonojo City, Miyazaki Prefecture, the Nakago District Summer Evening Festival will take place in the Nakago District Community Center parking lot on Saturday, August 22, 2026. It will run from 18:00 to 21:00, with fireworks scheduled to be launched around 21:00. Parking for about 60 vehicles is available at the venue. The event will be cancelled in case of rain. This festival is a traditional event where local residents gather to enjoy a summer evening. Wearing a yukata to participate is also recommended. It will be a great opportunity to feel the local vibrancy firsthand.
