Kitamae District Citizens' Festival

The 'Kitamae District Citizens' Festival,' held at the Kitamae District Community Center in Kitamae, Chatan Town, Okinawa Prefecture, is a local festival where you can enjoy stage shows as well as food and game stalls. Stage shows will be performed by a diverse lineup of performers, including Sunabe District Children's Eisa, Azuma Sisters (folk song show), Kitatama Children's Hall Dance Club, and Shiny Dance Academy. In addition, there will be food and game stalls across various genres such as SUMMER PIZZA, Gyojinmaru (sashimi, seafood inari sushi), Noah (crepes), and JAWS MEATPIE (handmade meat pies), allowing you to enjoy strolling and eating. Featuring VASE FLOWER TRUCK (flowers), Kitamae Mirai Club (lottery raffles, traditional snacks/dagashi), Cafe de Tree Festival Division (festival games), and Ryoki Medaka (bouncy ball scooping), the event offers fun for the entire day. On the day of the event, shuttle buses are scheduled to operate approximately every 30 minutes between 14:30 and 20:30. For parking, a portion of the 5th floor rooftop parking lot at 'San-A Hamby Town' and the Chatan Park parking lot are available. In case of rain, the event will be postponed to the following week, Sunday, October 18.
