Shiriuchi Tsunagaru Food Festival in Sapporo

A gourmet event where you can savor the seasonal flavors of Shiriuchi Town in southern Hokkaido will be held again this year, featuring Shiriuchi's pride—the brand-name Chinese chives "Kita no Hana"—as well as various dishes using Shiriuchi-grown oysters, sake toba (dried salmon strips), and energetic chive sausages. Many eat-in stalls showcasing expertly crafted local gourmet dishes such as "steamed oysters," "chive dumplings (Nirahana Gyoza)," and "seafood rice bowls with salmon" will be present, making it a 3-day event to fully enjoy the culinary charms of Shiriuchi. Furthermore, presenting your LINE follow screen allows you to participate in a Garapon lottery draw to win meal vouchers usable at the event venue and local specialty products. The event will proceed rain or shine, but may be cancelled in severe weather.
