76th Shiogama City Chrysanthemum Festival and Miyagi Chuo Chrysanthemum Exhibition

This is a traditional chrysanthemum festival that magnificently colors autumn in Shiogama City. Approximately 400 pots of beautiful large and small chrysanthemum flowers raised with utmost care will be on display, allowing visitors to appreciate a wide range of works, from stunning creations by masters to fresh entries by new enthusiasts. Along with enjoying the elegant scenery of colorful chrysanthemums in full bloom, a "Chrysanthemum Cultivation Consultation Corner" will also be held during the period where visitors can ask questions and receive advice about cultivation. Welcoming many visitors each year, this event is beloved as a local seasonal autumn tradition.
