The fan event 'Attage Hoya Boya 2026' for Kesennuma City's tourism character 'Umi no Ko Hoya Boya' will be held. This year, in celebration of the Halloween season, Hoya Boya will appear in an explorer-style costume. Visitors can also participate in their own 'Hoya Boya outfits.' In the special stage show, 'ALL HOYA FRIENDS!' will be performed, where you can sing and dance along with Hoya Boya and Umi no Ko Girls (SCK GIRLS). Learn the choreography published on YouTube and dance together at the venue. In addition, in the 'Will Hoya Boya Come to Your House!? Ticket Battle! Rock-Paper-Scissors Tournament,' Hoya Boya will visit the winner's home during the Christmas season. You can also enjoy greetings and photo sessions with Hoya Boya wearing the explorer costume. In the 'HAPPY HOYA WEEN Challenge!', you can try interactive mini-games themed around 4.8 (Pho-Ya), and clearing them earns you limited-edition merchandise. A Cheki photo session where you receive an on-the-spot instant photo taken with Hoya Boya and stage events featuring people connected to Hoya Boya are also planned. Hoya Boya merchandise shops and food stalls will also gather at the venue, allowing you to eat, dance, play, and enjoy all day long. Official merchandise such as 'Hoya Boya Headbands' and 'Hoya Boya Penlights' will be on sale. Furthermore, on the social media platform 'X (formerly Twitter),' fan art of 'Halloween Hoya Boya' tagged with '#AttageHoyaBoya2026' is being collected and will be exhibited inside the event venue. Various photo spots will also be set up, allowing you to capture special memories. By saying the secret phrase 'Trick Hoya Treat!' at the venue entrance, the first 500 visitors will receive 'Narikiri Hoya Boya Goods.' If you bring the 2026 New Year reply postcard from Hoya Boya, you will also receive a limited-edition pin badge.
